What is Body Wrapping?
Reducing weight loss, excercise and cellulite control has always been a major problem. The
body wrap is an advanced development that works on shrinking the adipose tissue of fat called Cellulite, wich is found directly
below the surface of the skin. Body Wrapping eliminates toxins and impurities that have built up in the body, and helps
to rid the body of Cellulite. Smooths, tightens, and softens skin.
The Body Wrap process involves wrapping the body with cotton and elastic strips of cloth, similar
to an ace bandage, which have been soaked and heated to a temperature of 150 degrees in our special wrap formula. The
wraps are applied tightly to areas needing treatment for Cellulite and inch loss, lightly to areas where only skin-tightening
is desired. Almost anyone should be able to have a wrap, but if you have a medical problem check with your doctor first.
How does the Body Wrap work?
The concept of the Body Wrap is such that it improves those areas of your body that you want to work on
the most. Wherever your tissue is softest and flabbiest, the "wrap" will firm, tone and reduce more than the averages.
Many people are "wrapped" for the detoxification benifits, as well as inch loss and reshaping. Impurities are flushed
from the body through the body's natural waste system by drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
How long does it take?
Allow a total of 2 hours for the body wrap. Thirty minutes is spent measuring, wrapping up
the body and re-measuring. You must stay in the wraps for one hour to achieve the best inch loss. It is important
to stay warm during the complete process also.

Instructions for Body Wraps
* Drink 8 or more glasses of water the day before, the day of, and the day after.
* Don't eat any greasy fried foods the day before, day of, or day after. Warning.
Can make you sick if you eat them.
* The morning of the wrap-when you shower do not use any lotions or oils.
* Women should bring a bathing suit, extra underware, bra, panties or shorts to
be wrapped in.
* Men should bring swimming apparel or long jogging shorts.
* Don't eat 3 hours before your appointment.
